Former Baltimore City Police Commish and R. Marts & Associates Join Forces to put Lost Loved Ones Together for the Holidays (December, 2006)

“Home for the holidays.” That’s what former Baltimore City Police Commissioner, Ed Norris, now the host of the WHFS Ed Norris radio talk show, and R. Marts & Associates President, Richard Marts, are calling a joint promotion that is geared to reunite lost loved ones, family members, former military buddies, former classmates and out of touch friends together for the holidays.

The “Ed Norris Show” encourages his listeners to write in via email about someone they would like to reunite with for the holidays and to tell their story of how they lost touch with that person. The stories are chosen by the shows producers and are given to R. Marts & Associates in an attempt for them to locate those people free of charge.

“To date we have put together about ten people who had lost touch including a father and son who hadn’t spoken in 15 years, two brothers who were on opposite sides of the country and numerous lost military buddies and friends”, Marts said. “It truly has been one of the most rewarding experiences I’ve had in a long time”, Norris stated. After the holidays the two intend to have many of the success stories on the air live via telephone and in person at the ESPN Zone where the show will air just after the New Year.

The Ed Norris Show can be heard daily on WHFS 105.7 from 11am to 3pm and is rated Baltimore’s #1 radio talk show.
